General History
This CCR was first seen in a brochure from February 2004 in its yellow spec.
It was not frequently driven until it was transformed into the "CCR Evolution" in 2008 by the factory, including CCX parts, new wheels and more. It was later featured in episodes of GTBoard’s drag races during its time with a Swedish owner. The car was wrapped satin black in 2010 and a few months later received major upgrades by Edo Competition, such as an altered supercharger gear ratio, front skirt, center console and a new interior.
After being sold to a prominent Koenigsegg owner and former F1 driver in 2016, the car was again respected to match the owner’s Mirage GT and to this day remains in the spec seen on the thumbnail. In June 2022 the car appeared in the collection of Carage Luzern.
Exterior Spec
The exterior of this car was changed from a pale yellow with telephone dial wheels and no rear wing to the CCR Evolution specification. At that time the car was painted grey, received CCX aerodynamics like the front splitter, side skirts, diffusor and rear wing and wore silver nine spoke wheels. Then, at Edo Competition, the spec was changed once again and the wheels got painted in a diamond cut-look and was partly wrapped with a white livery. After its sale the car was repainted in a dark metallic blue, accentuated by orange bits, and the wheels were repainted black.
Interior Spec
This CCR had a blue leather and yellow alcantara interior at first, which was a nice match to the original yellow exterior color. When the exterior color later became grey when turned into the "CCR Evolution", the interior changed into black with white stitching. A CCX type dashboard was fitted, too. When Edo Competition reworked this CCR the centre console was modified to fit a new infotainment system with a reversing camera and a custom-made pouch for the immobilizer remote. Some carbon elements, like the steering wheel and the steering column, were added too. In its third respect the car received a black and orange interior with a unique quilting on the seats.
