General History

According to the factory, a total of five RHD CCRs have been build, making this one of two orange RHD CCRs. It was initially used on a promotional tour in Asia, visiting Singapore and Hong Kong in October 2005. It was displayed at the Los Angeles Auto Show, November 2006 to promote the movie "Red Line" that features a Koenigsegg CCX and eventually found its way to Great Britain in 2009 after being offered for sale twice. This CCR was used in a scene of Furious 6 together with the CCR Revo #7009. Apart from that the car has a relatively undisturbed history, only being upgraded to Revo specifications in 2021, including new wheels, the F1 twin-deck wing, CCX front splitter, side skirts, rear vents, a gearbox upgrade and a new exhaust. It was put up for sale in late 2022 by Supervettura with 5000 miles on the odometer.

Exterior Spec

#7021 is one of eight lava orange CCRs, that changed a bit over the years as a rear wing was fitted and the telephone dial wheels were painted black. A unique feature is the front splitter that was given a lava orange paintjob at some point, however, that change was only temporary. A big change in appearance came with the Revo upgrade in 2021, making the car much more aggressive and modern looking.

Interior Spec

A bi-color orange & black interior was fitted to this CCR. The orange accents on the dash and the lower sides of the doors are pretty common but the orange back panel behind the also orange seats is only shared with two other CCRs.
