General History
Chassis 7068 is the first of just two CCXR Special Edition cars. Despite being often mistakenly attributed to the Edition line, the Special Editions are a model of their own. They also feature a full carbon exterior and red and black interior, but can be distinguished by a few details. The Special Edition cars have the F1 twin deck wing instead of the single-piece carbon fibre wing of the Editions. To add to the confusion, CCXR Edition #7052 has been equipped with the F1 wing since 2022.
The CCXR Special Edition also has many steel blue details, such as pinstripes on the front splitter and side skirts and anodised metal at the fog and tail lights and in the interior. The SE’s also never came as manuals, both are equipped with the F1 paddle shift gearbox with improved software. Unlike the Editions this car does not have eleven spoke wheels but shares designs with the ones found on the Trevita.
This specific car was delivered to the United Arab Emirates in 2010 and was occasionally driven, but in the UAE but also in Marbella during the owner’s summer vacation in 2011. After being brought back to Dubai, it was offered for sale and subsequently sold to Russia in 2013. The new owner later brought the car to Germany where it was sold by Esser Automotive in 2018. The third owner, this time an Austrian businessman, kept the car in Vienna until it was sold to the fourth owner, another Austrian, in 2021. The car appeared at SOC Germany in summer 2021 with AirCore wheels, though this change was later reverted. When the car was spotted in Vienna, it was again wearing its signature Trevita-style wheels. From 2018 to 2024, the car resided in Vienna, Austria with the third (2018-2021) and fourth (2021-2024) owners. The car was in storage and offered for sale by Esser Automotive in early 2024, before selling to its new owner.
The car was spotted in Ängelholm, Sweden in May 2024.

Interior Spec
The interior of this car is finished in red leather and alcantara with some pieces being covered in black leather and alcantara. The steel blue center console is a feature unique to the CCXR Special Edition.
