General History
This CCXR Trevita first appeared in the U.S. in early 2010. Registered in Florida, it was also presented in April 2010 by O'Gara Coach Company in Beverly Hills, California. Around that time, this car was also featured on the webshow "Jay Leno's Garage", with Christian von Koenigsegg himself as Jay's guest. This car is the only U.S.-spec Trevita built.
During the first half of 2015 this car was offered for sale by Fusion Luxury Motors in Las Vegas. Shortly thereafter, it was acquired by professional boxer Floyd Mayweather who drove it only 700 miles in his two years of ownership. It was offered at Mecum Auctions in August of 2017 where it presumably sold to a customer in South California. The ownership history in the following two years is unclear but the car found a new owner in Irvine, California, in 2019. The new owner installed a Boden Autohaus straight pipe, making this one of the most brutal Koenigseggs ever built. It was offered at ilusso in 2020 but didn’t sell until 2021 to Scottsdale where it shares a garage with a McLaren Senna.
Exterior Spec
The CCXR Trevita features a unique white carbon exterior accented by silver paint and carbon fiber. It is equipped with the F1 twin deck wing and nine spoke wheels with an exclusive finish.
Interior Spec
The interior of the Trevita is finished largely in black leather, with white leather inserts on the seats. The rear cockpit bulkhead is also finished in white leather. The dashboard carries Trevita model identifcation, and there is a plaque on the driver's side identifying this car as Number 3 of 3. This particular Trevita has a US mandated passenger airbag.
