General History
This Jesko is known as the “Ghost of Le Mans”, paying tribute to its owner’s long history of racing cars, including at Le Mans. It made its debut to much fanfare among Koenigsegg enthusiasts at the Le Mans 24 Hours race in June 2023. The car was not fully completed during Le Mans, so it returned afterwards to the factory for about six weeks, mostly for further pre-delivery testing. In late July 2023, the car was delivered to the owner in Adligenswil, Lucerne, Switzerland. It is part of the Carage private collection. The car spent the remainder of summer 2023 in Marbella, Spain, being driven around the Costa del Sol by its owner and otherwise stored at Carage Marbella. This Jesko partook in the Supercar Owners Circle event in Marbella early September. SOC Spain entailed a drive to Ronda, parade laps at Ascari Circuit, and drag racing on an airport runway. Later in September, this Jesko participated in SOC Denmark, beginning in the city of Vejle. Afterwards, the car returned to its home in Lucerne, Switzerland. In early November, this Jesko was displayed alongside #7200 at Auto Zürich, a multi-day car show in Switzerland’s largest city.
Exterior Spec
This Jesko is specced in Koenigsegg Naked Carbon (KNC), a finish that entails hand-sanding the raw carbon fibre body panels down to the weave. This process results in a gorgeous metallic and raw finish, with the stunning carbon weave on full display. This process is tedious and incredibly time-consuming, so it comes with a high price tag: €386,800 to be precise. The car is fitted with AirCore Carbon wheels and has orange brake calipers. It has Carbon Wing Mirrors, and the base of the mirror stocks have an orange accent to match the brakes.
Interior Spec
The interior of this Jesko is Anthracite Alcantara with stitching in the ‘Clean’ pattern (straight). The centre airbag on the steering wheel is leather rather than alcantara.
