General History

This Regera was delivered in January 2020 to Avondale Dealerships, known at the time as Park Place Dealerships, based in in Dallas, Texas. 7168 resides in the Dallas area in a collection alongside CCXR #7062. It is not seen publicly very often, but has made occasional appearances at small local car meetups. 

Name

This Regera is the Mandarin Dragon, also named "168” after its chassis number. The number 168 is considered lucky in Chinese culture given that, when said in Cantonese, it sounds similar to “one path to prosperity”. When pronounced, 1 is “one”, 6 is “path”, and 8 sounds like “prosperity/luck”. There is a custom 168 badge featuring a Chinese-style dragon on the C-pillars and on the interior.

Exterior Spec

This Regera is painted in Sweet Mandarin Pearl, a multi-layer orange paint. It features a single black stripe on the front hood. This car was optioned with the Ghost Package and thus features carbon aerodynamic fins on the front, sides, and rear of the car. The car sports the Tresex AirCore Carbon Wheels and has orange brake calipers to match the paint colour.

Interior Spec

The interior is Desiato Leather. This black leather is contrasted with Lava Orange Diamond stitching on and behind the seats and ‘Regera’ embroidered in orange on the passenger dash. The interior also features a custom plaque between the seats with the ‘168’ logo and Christian von Koenigsegg’s signature.
