General History
This CC8S made it's first public appearance at the 2003 Geneva Motor Show alongside #7003. This car was originally built for a Lebanese owner who passed away before being able to take delivery. Not long after the Geneva Motor Show debut, this car was repainted to silver. It is believed this car was owned by Koenigsegg themselves from 2003 until 2010. Since 2010, this car has been a part of the Carage Lucerne private collection based in Switzerland. It has also spent time in Denmark, Spain, Germany, France, and Croatia.
Exterior Spec
This CC8S debuted sporting a bright metallic blue colour. A distinct "Bassel" badge was fitted to the rear of the car, believed to be the name of the first owner, though this badge did not remain through the re-specification. This car is currently painted in silver. Unlike #7001, which was originally fitted with a black rear wing, this car was not fitted with a rear wing.
Interior Spec
Whilst painted blue, this CC8S had a complementary Blue & Beige two-tone interior. In this configuration, the seats were embroidered with "Bassel". When the exterior color was changed to silver, the interior was also redone. The Beige parts were maintained but the blue accents of the interior were changed into light brown alcantara. This interior spec remains to this day.
