General History

The built slot for this Regera originally belonged to the owner of chassis #7136 (Agera RS1) in California, originally conceived to be a matching spec to the Agera RS, but was sold before the build began and acquired by a customer in Texas. This Regera was delivered in early October 2021 to Koenigsegg Dallas, a part of Avondale Dealerships, in Texas, USA.

After delivery, the car received PPF at American Body Works, where the photos in the gallery below were taken. On October 29th, 2021, the car competed in The Texas Mile, where it hit a 1/4 mile speed of 151.9mph, a 1/2 mile speed of 187.8mph, and a 1 mile speed of 216.5mph. From October 2021 until June 2023, this car resided in Decatur, Texas with its owner.

In January 2023, this car was listed for sale by the owner with an asking price of $3,750,000 and just 87 miles on the odometer. After not selling privately, the car turned up for sale at Koenigsegg Charlotte in North Carolina in June 2023 with 106 miles on the odometer. The car sold in late August 2023 and travelled to its new home in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Exterior Spec

The exterior of this Regera is painted in Candy Apple Red with a wide exposed carbon fibre centre section. The wing mirrors are painted in body colour. This car features the Ghost Package, hence the carbon aerodynamic fins on the front, sides, and rear of the car (near the wing). The car has the Tresex AirCore Carbon wheels and the brake calipers are red.

Interior Spec

The interior is Lingonberry Leather with Desiato stitching in the Diamond pattern. This Lingonberry Leather adorns the seats, steering wheel, dashboard, and centre armrest.

Trivia

This Regera is a very similar spec to the original spec of the famous ‘Cherry Bomb’ (#7138), a car owned by Koenigsegg and used for testing and marketing purposes. However, 7236 has a different interior and lacks the centre red stripe of 7138’s original spec.
